As I began my personal kalimba "adventure" of discovering it. I did notice that not many are aware of such an instrument. it was also evident at that time, learning resources were not that many in number. During that moment, I also had two close friends of mine who have invested in their very own kalimbas. Just like me, they too have been aware that there are not that many resources available for them to learn and progress.

 

Because of that, an inner desire in me sparked to reach out and be a source they can learn from. Of course, not as a professional teacher, but as their very own friend who simply cares enough to see them grow. This is one of my pillars on why the YouTube channel, Tip's Kalimba was created.

 

Now, It is my personal mission and desire to be an online resource to many kalimba beginners and kalimba enthusiasts who are in search of being a better kalimba player through equipping them with valuable lessons and tips with regards to the kalimba.

We are all capable of learning, of growing, and of being whom we envision ourselves to be if we choose to. That's why I strongly believe, as I always say in every video,
